Fair Building Rental FAQ:
The Fair Building can be rented online or in person at the Extension Office (212 E 6th St, Kinsley KS 67547, 620-659-2149).
A key must be picked up at the Extension Office, during posted office hours. Confirm key pick up time with office staff the week before your event.
Rental fees must be paid to confirm your booking. Credit/Debit payments can be made online or in person at the Extension Office. Payments made by cash or check (payable Edwards County Fair Board) can only be accepted at the Extension office.
Deposits are made separately, in person at the Extension Office, when the key is picked up.
Deposit payments are held and returned after the event according to the Deposit Return Policy. Deposit Checks should be made payable to: Edwards County Clerk.
The Rental Agreement Form (shown below), must be signed when the key is picked up.
